If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail. The shipping charge reflected on your order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost. What can I order?

You can order all items shown on our online Tackle Superstore. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website please send us an email: sales@fcptackle.com and we can look into providing it for you.

Sales & Discounts Information

We do not allow multiple discounts of any kind to be applied to an order. During Sales times customer's can either opt for the sale discount or a different one if they qualify but not both. If your order is received with two or more discounts applied we will eliminate the smaller of the discounts upon processing the order. A confirmation e-mail for the correct largest discount will be applied.


Do you have a U.S. military discount?

FCPTackle is honored to provide our U.S. military service men and women with a 10% discount on all orders. We will require a current, valid military ID be sent or a copy of your DD214 if you are no longer serving, for verification purposes. Once this information is provided you are set to receive your 10% discount on all orders from FCPTackle. Our thanks to military personnel for your invaluable service and sacrifice for our country.
Note: Limit one discount or coupon per order. The military discount cannot be used in addition to any sale or promotional discounts or coupons.


Returns and Exchanges:
In the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please contact us first at sales@fcptackle.com to ensure your return is handle correctly and timely. Please refer to our Retuns and Exchanges Policy at the bottom of our page.

Back Ordered Items arrival dates
Back order arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change and are not guaranteed.


How do we ship back ordered items?

All back ordered items are shipped free of charge after the initial order shipping is paid when you order is submitted. The method of shipping will depend on the best option available for the items being shipped. Back ordered items will ship either First Class Mail or USPS mail. Typically, back ordered items, if not sent out the same day, will go out the following day. Travel time will depend on your location within the continental US.


Are any taxes or import duties due with my order?

There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information. North Carolina residents are subject to the state sales tax.


Low Price Match

If a lower price is found, on any product we stock, that is the exact product, we would like the opportunity to match it. We owe our success to our customers, and we know that price is a high concern. Our goal is to eliminate this concern by assuring that FCPTackle offers the best prices.. As should be expected, there are some common sense boundaries that apply. We must be able to verify the lower price through a valid online website (any Ebay auctions, Amazon, craigslist etc. are examples of sites that we do not price match). Lower prices that cannot be confirmed will not be honored. Simply email us sales@fcptackle.com with the online site where you found the better price; once price and source are confirmed, and the exact product is verified, FCPTackle will match it! A price match can only be applied for an item with the same exact specifications as the item on the competitor’s site. In addition, if the competitor assesses a shipping cost with the price of the item we will match the total price of the item the competitor is offering. We reserve the right to confirm lower prices before any final sale. The source of a lower price must come from an authorized dealer within the United States of the product in question (i.e., authorized Shimano, Daiwa, Bubba Blade, Lowrance, Garmin, etc. dealer). If the price does not come from an authorized online source, current prices stand.


Defective Products

All defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. We can not warrant the manufacturers products. Please refer to our Retuns and Exchanges Policy
